About DealerZone
DealerZone is an automotive technology company that helps auto dealers manage their inventory and market their vehicles online. We are looking for a driven Account Executive to join as the founding member of our sales team and help build our dealer network from the ground up. This is a full-cycle sales role where your earning potential and career growth are directly tied to what you sell — there is no ceiling.
Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle — from prospecting and outbound outreach through demo, negotiation, and close
- Build and execute outbound campaigns targeting independent and franchise auto dealers
- Quickly learn dealership operations, buyer psychology, and the competitive landscape
- Manage ongoing dealer relationships post-sale to drive retention, satisfaction, and upsell opportunities
- Conduct product demos and understand needs and pain points of potential buyers
- Refine and improve our company branding and market strategies. Suggest product upgrades to improve sales and income streams.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of the automotive retail industry — understanding how dealers buy, sell, and operate is critical
- Strong outbound B2B SaaS sales skillset with the ability to quickly learn the dealership market and buyer psychology
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a significant plus
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and thrive without hand-holding
- Applicants based in Florida are preferred, but open to anywhere in the USA
Compensation
- $4,000/month base
- 20% commission paid out monthly
- At the start this is a 1099 contractor position -- If you onboard around 10+ deals/dealerships, then we would be excited to look at converting this into a salaried position and increase your pay accordingly. Your success is also our success.
