User Management
Each dealership can have multiple user accounts. Users are managed from the User Management page. Every user is assigned a role that determines what they can access within the system.
Roles
| Role | Description |
|---|---|
| Employee | Standard employee access. Employees can manage your vehicles, leads, and stats. Cannot modify global settings, users, or billing. |
| Manager | Can add/remove employee accounts. Manager gets elevated access to vehicle attributes, dealer settings, and statistics. Manager cannot see billing information. |
| Full Admin | Full access to all dealership features. Can manage users, dealer settings, billing, and all inventory and lead data. |
