Search Views
A search view is a saved, pre-made search of your inventory. Instead of setting the same filters every time you want to see a particular slice of your vehicles, you build the search once, give it a name, and pull it up whenever you need it. Search views are managed under Settings → Search Views.
Creating a View
Choose Create on the Search Views page. A view is made up of three parts.

| Display Name | What the view is called. This is the name you will pick from the list on your vehicle pages, so something like "Ready To List" or "Ford Trucks On Sale" works well. |
| Columns To Display | Which columns appear in the results table: Thumbnail, Name, Stock#/VIN, Name/Trim, Status, Status Editor, Price, Title, Damage, Fuel, Category, and Date/Location. Check only the ones you care about to keep the list easy to scan. |
| Filter Vehicle Criteria | Which vehicles are included. Leaving a filter untouched means it is not applied, so a view with no criteria set shows your whole inventory. |
Available Filters
| Filter | Description |
|---|---|
| Status | Vehicle statuses to include, such as Listed or Sold. Check as many as you need and the view shows vehicles in any of them. |
| Vehicle Makes | Limit the view to one or more makes. |
| Featured / On Sale | Show only vehicles flagged as featured, or only those marked on sale. |
| Location | Limit the view to a single lot or location. "No Location" finds vehicles that have not been assigned one yet. |
| Title Types | Limit the view to a single title type. |
| Category | Limit the view to a single vehicle category. |
A few filters only appear when they apply to your dealership: Ready To Go for salvage dealers, Has Ebay Listing once eBay is connected, and Listed on Craigslist when the Craigslist add-on is enabled.
Using a View
Saved views appear in the views dropdown on your vehicle list pages, and open the matching vehicles with the columns you picked. You can return to Settings → Search Views at any time and choose Edit to change a view's name, columns, or criteria.
Search views are personal. The views you create are visible only to you, so each user at your dealership builds and keeps their own set.
